Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Application refers to the software "Lovio", developed and provided by KTA GROUP SP Z O O.
• Application Store means Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Company (also referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to KTA GROUP SP Z O O.
• Content refers to user-generated content (text, images, etc.) uploaded through the application.
• Device means any device that can access the Service (e.g. phone, tablet, computer).
• In-app Purchase refers to purchases made within the Application.
• Service refers to the Lovio mobile app.
• Subscription refers to any recurring payment-based access model.
• You means the user or entity accessing the Service.

Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a legal agreement between you and KTA GROUP SP Z O O.
By using the Lovio app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using the Application.

Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Billing occurs at the start of each period (e.g. monthly, yearly).
Cancellation
You may cancel any time in your account settings or via the Application Store. No refunds are offered for the current period.
Billing
You must provide accurate billing details. If billing fails, we may request manual payment.
Fee Changes
We may adjust fees at our discretion, with prior notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new fee.
Refunds
All payments are final unless required by law. For in-app purchases, refer to the Application Store’s refund policies.
Free Trial
We may offer time-limited free trials. You may be required to provide payment details. Unless canceled, your plan will convert to a paid Subscription after the trial ends. We may modify or revoke trial access at any time.
In-app Purchases
Lovio may include in-app purchases for features or content.
Such purchases cannot be refunded, canceled, transferred, or exchanged unless required by law or store policy.
All purchases are managed by the Application Store (Google/Apple), not KTA GROUP SP Z O O.

User Content
You are responsible for content you post through Lovio. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content within the Service.
You confirm:

• You own or have rights to the content;
• The content does not violate any rights or laws.

Prohibited Content
You may not post:

• Illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content;
• Malware, viruses, or automated spam;
• Anything infringing on intellectual property;
• Impersonations of others;
• False information.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

Content Backups
While we may perform backups, we are not responsible for data loss.
We recommend users store content externally.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property.
If you believe your copyrighted work is being misused in Lovio, please contact us at contact@lovioai-app.com with the following:

• A description of the work;
• Where it’s located in the app;
• Your contact info;
• A statement of good faith belief.

The Service and all its features are the exclusive property of KTA GROUP SP Z O O and may not be copied or used without permission.
Links to Other Websites
Our app may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (or $100 USD if none).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations; in such cases, the minimum allowed by law will apply.
"As Is" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties.
We do not guarantee the Service will meet your needs, be error-free, or be available at all times.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where KTA GROUP SP Z O O is located. Your use of Lovio may also be subject to other local laws.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@lovioai-app.com to resolve the issue informally.
Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 30 days in advance.
Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
